	BUILDING UPDATE: ROSS has now completed construction of the new corporate building in Hiawatha. This 64 seat calling center also houses our corporate staff, which includes client services, insurance licensing, technology department, payroll, human resources, and office administration. The site was completed in November, 2000. The new renovations in the Cedar Falls center are nearly complete. Things such as a new smoking shelter, front door, windows, and a building layout change. A new break room, and arcade area has been made, along with vending machine upgrades.
