Ross Marketing rewards its employees with a monthly rewards ceremony. Top Performers are recognized for their contributions in the areas of SPH, Quality, and Attendance. Winners receive a certificate and a gift certificate from a local business. Refreshments are served for the entire office and each winner is verbally acknowledged. A brief company meeting is held to keep employees informed of announcements/company outings/ happenings.
Each month we recognize employees’ birthdays with a birthday cake/ice cream at the afternoon break.
