JOB DESCRIPTION OF :

Job Title: Telephone Sales Representative

Job Purpose: Effectively communicate professionally and courteously over the phone to our Client’s customers while maintaining acceptable levels of sales, quality and attendance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Adhere to approved Client and Company guidelines

• Prepare and take incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner

• Follow instructions as directed by management

• Maintain positive mental attitude

• Report to work and be prepared to take calls at start of shift

• Abide by Company policies

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions to appropriate manager

• Document sales, and turn in to appropriate program box

• Ensure accuracy of time in and out record

• Other duties as deemed appropriate
