	ROSS offers a huge variety of incentives for our telephone sales representatives on top of our extensive benefits package. Not only does ROSS offer cash bonuses for sales performance, but also gives away prizes and cash for top performers. Each month and periodically throughout the month, sales contests are run to encourage/reward performance. Examples of past and current contests include Adventureland Trips, Concert Trips, “Ross American Idol”, Jeopardy, Bingo, Lotto Tickets, Pizza, and of course – Cash and Bonuses!!! Incentives include: Money & Prizes Rep of the month - One full-time rep and one part-time rep for each center is selected based on attendance, performance, and quality. Each rep selected wins dinner with the Center Manager, a bonus ($100 for the full-time/$50 for the part-time), and a Rep of the Month parking space (full-time only). Rep of the Quarter - One full-time rep and one part-time rep are selected for each quarter of the year from the entire company. Each rep selected wins a bonus ($500 full-time/$250 part-time) and dinner with the Center Manager. Rep of the Year - One full-time rep and one part-time rep are selected from the entire company. The full-time winner receives $1,000 and the part-time winner receives $500. They also go to dinner with the Center Manager.
